Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 cup water, or as needed
- 1 green chile pepper
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
Directions
- Blend cucumbers, water, green chile pepper, mint, and salt together in a blender until juice is smooth. Pour juice into glasses and add 1 teaspoon lime juice to each glass.
