This totable lunch is the perfect car-food “bento box” to help keep the kids busy on a long road trip.

Ingredients

  • 24 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 8 KRAFT Singles
  • 1 jicama, peeled, cut into strips
  • 1/2 tsp. chili-lime seasoning
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 apples, cut into wedges
  • 2 navel oranges, cut into wedges
  • 4 pouches CAPRI SUN 100% Juice

Directions

  1. Stack 3 turkey slices and 1 Singles, roll up tightly. Repeat with remaining turkey slices and Singles.
  2. Sprinkle jicama with seasoning.
  3. Pack 2 turkey roll-ups and 1/4 each of the jicama, peppers, apples and oranges in each of 4 airtight containers. Add juice pouches.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to pack in a cooler before heading out the door.
