OK so you want a shake but your on a diet, what do you do? I came up with this refreshingly different drink as an answer to that question.

Ingredients
- 2 cups jello prepared gelatin, any flavor made according to package directions ( I use Sugar Free)
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
Directions
- Mix prepared Jello and milk in a blender for about 5 seconds. Pour in to two glasses and enjoy.
