Jello Drink

OK so you want a shake but your on a diet, what do you do? I came up with this refreshingly different drink as an answer to that question.

Preparation time

  • Prep Time 2 mins
  • Total Time 2 mins
  • Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups jello prepared gelatin, any flavor made according to package directions ( I use Sugar Free)
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk

Directions

  1. Mix prepared Jello and milk in a blender for about 5 seconds. Pour in to two glasses and enjoy.
