Chock-full of “the good stuff” – the muesli bars taste amazing and contain a lot less sugar then the commercial variety

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbs sultanas
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 3 tbs brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 20cm x 20cm slice pan
Directions
- Preheat oven to 160C degrees. Line a 20cm square baking pan with baking paper.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Press mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes. When slice is cool you can cut into squares and drizzle with melted chocolate (optional).
Notes
You can use fresh or frozen berries of your choice – raspberries and blueberries are nice.
