Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup sultanas

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add egg.
  3. Add flour, wheat germ, oatmeal and sultanas, mixing after each addition.
  4. Place tablespoons of mixture on greased tray.
  5. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until golden.
