A family favourite at every BBQ – quick and easy to make.

- 250 g pasta cooked
- 100 g ham (deli) diced
- 1/2 red capsicum diced
- 1/2 bunch chives finely chopped
- 1/2 cup thousand island salad dressing
- Combine cooked pasta, ham, capsicum and chives.
- Add Thousand Island dressing and mix well.
- Chill before serving.
Add as much or as little Thousand Island dressing as you like. My family prefers this salad with a liberal amount. Pasta used can be spirals, penne, bowties, etc. You can use cooked bacon instead of ham.
