- 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ( or to taste)
- Pour Bailey’s irish cream and butterscotch schnapps into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Add a couple of dashes of cinnamon.
- Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Dust wth cinnamon, and serve.
